We want you to love your TidyNest order. Since items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, we don't accept physical returns — but we've got you covered if something goes wrong.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at muhammadtaqinoor@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to send anything back.

Order not delivered?
If your order doesn't arrive within the estimated shipping window, contact us and we'll investigate with our shipping partner and make it right.

Changed your mind?
Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to cancel or accept returns for buyer's remorse.

Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
